**Version 2.0, effective 20 October 2026.** This Privacy Policy explains what information NEMA Roofing Solutions Inc. (“NEMA Roofing”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects when you visit nemaroofing.com, send us a request through a form or call us, why we use it, who receives it and how you can change your choices.

## In short

- We collect what you send us (name, phone, email, address, the details of your roofing project), call details, and how you use and reached our website.
- We use it to answer your request and do the work you ask for, to measure and improve our website and our ads, and to keep the website secure.
- Google Analytics and our ad measurement tools start when you first scroll, click, type or tap on the website. You can switch them off at any time with the [Cookie settings](https://nemaroofing.com/privacy-policy/#cookie-settings) link at the bottom of every page.
- Giving us your details is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to your request.
- We do not sell your personal information.

## 1. Who we are

Our website, its forms and the record of cookie choices are run for us by our marketing service provider, NZ Marketing, with the service providers named in section 4.

## 2. What we collect

- **Forms (contact, booking and quote forms):** your name, phone number, email address, street address and ZIP code, the service you need, the date and time you prefer, any message you write, the page you sent the form from, the time you sent it and the notices shown next to the button.
- **Instant Roof Quote tool:** the address and contact details you enter in it.
- **Calls:** your phone number, the time and length of the call and what you tell us. If a call is recorded, a notice at its start tells you so before the recording starts.
- **Email and text messages:** your email address or phone number and what you write to us.
- **Technical data:** your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and language, and your approximate location derived from the IP address.
- **Use of the website:** the pages you view, the time spent on them, how far you scroll, and clicks on our phone number and email links.
- **How you reached us:** the page you first landed on, the website or search that sent you (for example Google or Yelp), campaign tags in the link (utm\_source, utm\_medium, utm\_campaign, utm\_term, utm\_content) and ad click ids in the link (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid). Your browser keeps this itself and sends it to us only with a form you choose to send; if you visited us before in the last 90 days, it also carries how you reached us that first time.
- **Cookies and similar ids:** the cookies and browser storage listed in section 6, including an anonymous visitor id for your cookie choice.

## 3. Why we use it

- **Form, call, email and text details:** to answer your request, give you an estimate, schedule and do the work, and contact you about it and about our roofing services as the notice next to the form says.
- **The notices shown on the form:** to keep a record of what you agreed to (see section 8).
- **Technical data and use of the website:** to run and secure the website, to block spam, and to measure which pages work so we can improve them.
- **How you reached us and ad click ids:** to know which search, website, campaign or ad brought each request, and to measure our ads.
- **Hashed contact details:** when you came to us from one of our ads, your email address and phone number in hashed form (SHA-256, so the platform can match them but not read them), with the ad click id, so the advertising platform can tell us that the ad led to a request.
- **Cookie choice and visitor id:** to remember your choice and keep a record of it.

## 4. Who receives your information

- **Analytics provider (Google, Google Analytics):** pages viewed, scrolls, clicks on phone and email links, technical data, campaign tags and ad click ids, to measure the use of the website.
- **Advertising platforms (Google) for ad measurement:** ad click ids and hashed contact details, to measure our ads.
- **Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA):** technical data and how you use the form, to tell people from spam bots.
- **Website host, email delivery and web fonts (our hosting provider; our email delivery service; Google Fonts):** technical data, to serve the website and its fonts, and your email address and request, to send you the confirmation emails our forms send.
- **Lead delivery (Cloudflare; Google Gemini; Google Gmail):** what you send through a form, the page and how you reached us. Cloudflare stores it and delivers it to us by email through Gmail; Google Gemini checks it for spam first. The record of your cookie choice is kept on Cloudflare too.
- **Instant Roof Quote (Roofle):** the address and contact details you enter in the tool, so it can prepare your estimate and send your request to us.
- **Reviews display (Trustindex):** technical data, to show our Google reviews on the website.
- **Our marketing service provider (NZ Marketing):** runs the website, the forms and the tools above for us, and may see your request when it maintains them.
- **NEMA Roofing’s team:** everything you send us, to answer you and do the work.
- **Authorities:** only when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property or those of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing. Google may also use information from sites that use its services as described in [how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

## 5. Giving us information is voluntary

You do not have to give us any personal information. Without your name and a phone number or email address we cannot reply to your request or give you an estimate. You can use the website with analytics and advertising tools switched off.

## 6. Cookies and similar tools

Google Analytics and our ad measurement tools start on your first scroll, click, key press, tap or focus on a form field. The cookie notice at the bottom of the screen says so when you arrive.

**How to change your choice:** use the [Cookie settings](https://nemaroofing.com/privacy-policy/#cookie-settings) link at the bottom of every page. Switch Analytics or Advertising off and save: those tools stop at once, never load again in this browser and their cookies are deleted. You can switch them back on the same way. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy or cookie settings; the website keeps working without them.

## 7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our website does not change what it does when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. To stop analytics and advertising tools, use [Cookie settings](https://nemaroofing.com/privacy-policy/#cookie-settings).

## 8. Calls, text messages and emails

8.1 When you send a request through a form on our website with your phone number, you agree that NEMA Roofing Solutions Inc. may call and text you about your request and our roofing services, as the notice next to the form explains, including automated texts, autodialed calls and prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us by phone or email and we will stop.

8.2 With each request we keep a record of the consent notice shown to you, the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.

## 9. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you may withdraw any consent you gave: withdrawing stops future use, it does not undo use before it. We will answer your request after confirming it is you.

## 10. How long we keep it

- **Requests, estimates, calls, emails and texts:** for as long as we handle your request and any work that follows it, and longer only when the law requires us to keep records of our work; you can ask us to delete them sooner.
- **Cookie choice record:** 12 months from your choice.
- **Google Analytics data:** as set in our Google Analytics account, with the cookie durations in section 6.

## 11. Security and transfers

Information sent to and from our website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.

## 12. Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will promptly delete that information.

## 13. Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites, such as our profiles on review sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before giving them personal information.

## 14. Changes to this policy

When we make a material change, we post the new version on this page with a new version number and effective date, and when the change affects the cookies or tools the cookie notice covers, the notice shows again on your next visit.
